Caledonia Christian School

Introducing Students To Jesus Everyday

About Us

Mission Statement

Our school’s mission is to joyously share the Christian message with students of all denominational affiliations, teaching them to flourish in this life by celebrating our God who created all things, sent His Son to repair our relationship with Him and tenderly wants to guide us in our life on Earth. We maintain 100% Seventh-day Adventist supervision, staffing and standards while enthusiastically inviting students from all faiths and walks of life to participate. The goal is to share Jesus with as many young people as possible during their formative years and to provide an alternative to the secularism found in public schools.

Our Philosophy

The core of our educational philosophy is that “all true knowledge and real development have their source in the knowledge of God.”1 We believe that the intellectual capabilities increase “in exact proportion as the spiritual character is developed.” School is learning all about God, and our academic curriculum is interpreted through these lenses. Bible class is about hearing and applying the words of God. History teaches students to trace the hand of God in past events. In math, students encounter the orderliness of God, and science uncovers the wisdom of God in the natural world. The high goal of language is to experience and express the praise of God.

Our Objectives

  1.  To present Jesus Christ as a Friend for life and the true source of happiness and peace.
  2. To provide a safe and secure environment both emotionally and physically.
  1. To instruct students in how to develop personal goals and values based on Biblical principles.
  1. To encourage the development of Christian characters through the workings of the Holy Spirit. (see Galations 5:22-23)
  1. To challenge students to reach their highest academic potential..
  1. To introduce students to God as Creator through interaction with the natural world.
  1. To provide opportunities for students to learn in experiential settings that include a variety of disciplines both in and out of the classroom.

      8. To provide opportunities for students to experience the joy and value found in performing volunteer work and              community service.

      9. To foster a community of inclusion that focuses on developing Christ-centered friendships and encourages                compassionate conflict-resolution.
